Blender Unparent Mesh From Armature
Hi i know how to parent and how to join two objects.

I am making and animating a character and then parented the armature with the mesh i then saved and closed it. In edit mode click the little ball at the end of the bone and hit e to extrude it. Can t guarantee it s the problem but you might want to try scaling up in blender and applying scale then exporting at 1 0. To use armature deform parenting you must first select all the child objects that will be influenced by the armature and then lastly select the armature object itself.
Generally i find it s a good idea to unparent the mesh from the armature scale both the mesh and the armature by the same amount apply the scale to both and then re parent. Once all the child objects and the armature are selected press ctrl p and select armature deform in the set parent to pop up menu. When building your armature make sure each bone after the root bone has the previous bone as its parent. Alt p on your mesh.
